Art walk at Nassau Bay showcasing the fine art and unique creations of more than twenty painters, photographers, jewelry makers, sculptors, ceramic artists and other artisans. The event will take place this Saturday, March 15, from 5pm to 9 pm on Upper Bay Drive across from the Johnson Space Center on Nasa Road 1.
There are several stops in the Upper bay Shopping Center and the adjacent 2045 Professional Building on Space Park Drive.
Complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres.

tommy’s exhibits Annika Farmer’s “Recent Watercolors”
You’re invited to meet the artist who created these colorful and appealing pieces Wednesday evening (Feb. 13), 4:30-6:30 pm, in tommy’s Restaurant Oyster Bar, 2555 Bay Area Blvd., Houston, TX 77058.
Annika describes her artistic journey: I will never forget the day when I walked into my grandfather’s office, and he handed me a ballpoint with three different colored inks in it. I was only about four years old, and he wanted to keep me occupied for a few minutes so he could finish some work. Using that pen made it my most treasured possession.
Annika continues: I was born and spent my early years in Sweden. After leaving Sweden when I was 13 years old, my step-father’s work brought me to many different places. In each place, the common thread that gave me a sense of comfort and belonging was an art class in every new school I went to, and I went to many.
